circles for cycles of life
Women’s circles dedicated to a cycle of women’s lives in the journey to and into motherhood. A weekly online sharing circle for the cycles of fertility, pregnancy or motherhood. Six weeks, one hour, one evening a week, from your home.
A space to be exactly where and how you are in the cycle and season that you are in.

Mother Circle
I am pleased and honoured to host Mother Circle. For mothers in a deeply challenging chapter, who may be feeling lost or lonely, in rage or despair, in joy and grief, imbalance and upheaval, who are ready to connect with their inner wisdom, their grounded strength and the power of sisterhood.
Join the circle to centre your needs and self expression for one hour a week. Hear and be heard, witness and be witnessed and pause to integrate the huge and multilayered transformation of becoming a mother.
For mothers of babies and young children, the focus is you, the mother. An honest, confidential, non-judgemental and wholly accepting space.
Begins: Tuesday 28th October 8-9pm
6 weeks of connection, support and gathering. 9 women max per circle.

Why Circles & Who Are We?
Sitting in circle is an ancient and powerful way to meet ourselves and others with acceptance and love. When we sit in circle, we can listen more deeply and speak from the heart. Without sides or angles, the circle brings a quality of softening and opening. All emotions and experiences are welcome. Come as you are.
Amanda, Tamsyn and Louise all share a foundation in yoga, a special interest in women’s wellbeing and our own journeys to and through motherhood. We bring diverse experience from fields of fertility, nutrition, midwifery, mental health, music and therapy.
For those who have not met Lou - Lou is a creative and nurturing facilitator, yoga and sound meditation teacher, musician, psychotherapist (in final year of training) and mother. With a special interest in creative living, mental health and healing, inclusivity and connection, landing softly, coming home to yourself and living life in flow.
