Be unapologetically you
I am continuously learning to accept and love the tousled vulnerability of the human experience. In light of our mantra this week, choose to be your ally, to accept yourself as you are today, the raw, 'no filter' human that you are.
What is self love?
"Self care" and "Self love" have become trendy terms, but what do they really mean? You cannot pour from an empty bottle.
Take care of yourself and fill up your cup so that it overflows. Self care is never selfish, it is self preserving and fortifying, it is essential.
Let go to flow
Under the illusion of staying safe we hold on for dear life. Are you grasping - is your grip too tight? You may have heard the words 'release and let go of what does not serve you' - but what does this really mean?
Sensitivity is a superpower
Your sensitivity is your strength, your portal to connect with yourself and all that surrounds you. Your capacity to sense, to listen and to feel deeply is a source of power, it is your superpower.
