Let go to flow

Mantra of the week: To truly flow, I must let go

Under the illusion of staying safe we hold on for dear life.
Are you grasping - is your grip too tight?

You may have heard the words 'release and let go of what does not serve you' - but what does this really mean?

By understanding that each relationship, environment, activity and scene of our life is there for us to grow through, it is helpful to look, see and feel where we are holding on and grasping, where we are losing energy.

Letting go involves recognising and accepting what is not meant for you and letting it drop away naturally. Anything which drains you and leads you away from your nourishment and your authenticity.

Shift your focus to your inner resources and instincts, to the environments and practices where you feel most alive and to the people who accept you and lift you higher.

Quote of the week:

These mountains that you are carrying, you were only supposed to climb.
