Smoothing out the kinks and creases of body and mind, yoga shows us the way to tune in, look within, encounter all that we feel and accept ourselves fully - shadows, blemishes, cracks and all.

Season to season, day by day, we listen, feel and breathe - it is not easy, it is an act of dedication to growth, evolution as an individual and as a community.

Your dedication, offering yourself a space to simply be, has a powerful ripple effect. You are making room to deepen your relationship with yourself, to be at one with the sensations of your being self.

To be unapologetically yourself inspires others to do the same.

I am continuously learning to accept and love the tousled vulnerability of the human experience. In light of our mantra this week, choose to be your ally, to accept yourself as you are today, the raw, 'no filter' human that you are.
